DAY 15 | Revival in our Community & Nation | Hector Illazara

Let’s be honest, these are unique times. Everywhere we look, whether on the news or scrolling through social media, we see hurt, confusion, and division in our communities. More than ever, this world needs Jesus. With so many distractions and competing voices pulling at us, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But one thing remains certain: if we let Him, God can handle it. He can move, He can heal, and He can restore if we let Him.
That is the million-dollar posture: “IF WE LET HIM.”
Scripture gives us a clear picture of what that posture looks like. In 2 Chronicles 7:14, God says, “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
This is God’s blueprint for revival. It does not start out there. It starts in us. It begins with humility. It begins with surrender. It begins with choosing His way over our own.
The truth is, sometimes we get in the way of what God wants to do. But if we long to see revival in our nation, in our communities, and even in our own hearts, Scripture tells us exactly where it begins: with God’s people humbling themselves, praying, seeking, and turning. When we step aside and let God lead, He promises to heal the land.
The enemy loves to whisper lies that try to disqualify us and keep us from stepping into our calling. But God wants to use His people, including you, as conduits of change and carriers of revival.
So if you are reading this, be encouraged. There is a calling on your life. You were created to make an impact. And when you surrender to Jesus, He can do more through you than you ever imagined.
Revival is now. Revival starts with you.
Let’s step aside, humble ourselves, seek His face, and let God move.
