From preparing supplies to offering encouragement, this team helps each person feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to publicly declare their faith in Jesus.

Help people feel welcome and at home at Lakeside! The Guest Services team cares for our new guests and serves as a go-to place for information and assistance before and after our experiences. Whether you’re answering questions about Lakeside, giving directions, providing earplugs or first aid supplies, or helping with lost and found, you’ll help make each guest’s experience welcoming and comfortable.

Help people take their next step along Lakeside’s discipleship pathway! The Connect Hub team helps people discover where they are in their faith journey and how to keep growing. Whether that’s baptism, Growth Track, joining a group, or finding a place to serve, you’ll answer questions, help with sign-ups, and connect people with their next step. You’ll also share information about upcoming events and opportunities to get involved.

Small Group Leaders create a welcoming space where people can build meaningful friendships, care for one another, and take their next steps in following Jesus. Whether your group gathers around a Bible study, a shared interest, or a season of life, you’ll help people feel connected and supported.

Be one of the first friendly faces people see at Lakeside! The Parking team welcomes guests, directs traffic, and helps people find parking safely and easily. You’ll help create a smooth arrival and departure experience for everyone.

Help guests feel welcomed before they reach the doors! The Shuttle team provides rides between designated parking areas and the church entrance, helping people arrive comfortably and keeping the experience running smoothly.

Help create a safe and welcoming environment at Lakeside! The Safety team stays attentive to what’s happening around campus, helps address safety concerns, and supports our teams when situations arise. Your presence helps people feel secure as they worship and connect.

Help people feel welcome and comfortable inside our experiences! The Usher team greets guests as they enter the auditorium, helps them find seats, and assists with needs throughout the experience. You’ll help create an orderly, welcoming space where people can focus on worship and the message.

Help people feel at home from the moment they arrive! The Greeter team welcomes everyone with a smile, holds doors, and helps people find their way around Lakeside. Whether someone is visiting for the first time or comes every week, you’ll help them feel seen and welcomed.
