BREAKOUT SESSIONS

WINNING THE WAR IN YOUR MIND
Anxiety, fear, overthinking, and spiraling thoughts can leave you feeling exhausted and stuck. In this breakout, we’ll talk about how to identify unhealthy thought patterns, interrupt mental cycles that keep you trapped, and renew your mind with truth. You’ll walk away with practical tools, biblical encouragement, and daily habits that can help you move from constant mental chaos into peace and clarity.
HOPE FOR HEAVY HEARTS
Sometimes life can feel heavy for so long that simply making it through the day becomes the goal. Whether you’re battling emotional exhaustion, hopelessness, numbness, burnout, or depression, this breakout is designed to remind you that you are not alone and you are not without hope. Together, we’ll talk honestly about what it looks like to move beyond survival mode, reconnect with God and others, and take practical steps toward healing, strength, and renewed hope.
THE WEIGHT OF BEING THE STRONG ONE
When you’re the person everyone depends on, it can feel like you have to be everything for everyone. The one who has the answers, holds things together, shows up, takes care of everyone else, and keeps going no matter what. Leaders, parents, caregivers, and those who are always carrying the needs of others can quietly experience stress, emotional exhaustion, and the pressure to stay strong even when they’re struggling themselves. The Weight of Being the Strong One is an honest conversation about what happens when constantly caring for others begins to take a toll on your own mental and emotional health. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize burnout, set healthy boundaries, ask for help without guilt, and create healthy rhythms that allow you to care for yourself while continuing to care well for others. You don’t have to be everything for everyone or carry everything alone.
BREAKING THE SILENCE OF ISOLATION
Many men silently carry the weight of work, family, leadership, finances, and the pressure to hold it all together. Too often, vulnerability feels uncomfortable, leaving men to struggle alone with stress, emotional health challenges, and unresolved burdens. Anger is often the emotion people see most, but beneath it can be fear, disappointment, shame, pain, or pressure. This breakout creates space for honest conversation, practical tools, and biblical encouragement to help men understand what’s happening beneath the surface, find healing, and experience the freedom and peace God desires for them.
FINDING YOUR RHYTHM
Menopause brings more than physical changes—it can also impact emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being in ways many women don't expect. From mood changes and anxiety to mental fatigue, sleep challenges, and feeling unlike yourself, this season can be overwhelming to navigate alone. In this breakout, we’ll have an honest conversation about the connection between menopause and mental health while exploring practical tools, healthy rhythms, and biblical encouragement to help women find understanding, support, and renewed hope in every season.
HEALING FROM HIDDEN HURT
Some pain doesn’t leave visible scars. Rejection, disappointment, betrayal, grief, trauma, shame, abandonment, and painful experiences can quietly shape the way we think, react, trust, and live — even years later. Often we learn how to function while still hurting internally.
In this breakout, we’ll talk about how hidden wounds can impact our mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health, and how healing begins when we stop hiding what’s hurting. This session is about recognizing unhealthy coping patterns, allowing God into wounded places, and taking practical steps toward healing, freedom, and wholeness.
